Greetings from Bogota, Colombia!! We had a full day of travel. It went very smooth, just a long day, starting at 4am and ending at 10pm! Isabel and Silas did wonderful, and we are all so HAPPY to be back at Hotel Paris with our dear friends! We were picked up by Freddy, in a very large van (yes, 5 huge suitcases, a double stroller, and all our carry ons...it was quite the site)! At the Paris we were greeted when we came in by Guillermo and Juanita. Katya (the owner) went all out for us, giving us the largest room, with a grande bath tub, and purchased new bedding and soft blankets for each of the kid's beds! We just had breakfast, spent some time with Katya, and are now getting unpacked and settled into our room! The Paris is like home and it is so wonderful to be back!!!
The sun is shining bright this morning! We spoke with our Representative, Isabel Romero, and learned that we will be receiving Caroline and Marta at 3pm today!!! I sensed her excitement for all of us! She has been so wonderful, our best advocate, when things were not going well with our paperwork. We're hoping to sneak in a nap before we get ready to go to Los Pisingos! It's still so surreal. Katya told us the sisters have waited so long and have been very well prepared to meet us! The excitement is very great right now!! Stay tuned...check back later tonight, hopefully we'll have some photos of our 1st moments as a family of 6!!!

I have been thinking of you all day!! I'm so excited and will say a prayer for you at 3 pm...that your presentation goes seamlessly.

We will understand of course if it takes you a bit to post as we know just where your focus will be :) Tell your mom and dad to knock on our back slider door tonight to see those first family photos!! You deserve that big room for sure and the new bedding is a sweet treat! We are so very excited for you all!!
